Shipping & Handling

UPS Overnight shipping is used for all shipments. Items are packed and stabilized using heat packs or ice packs, depending on the weather. Free local pickup is available in Buffalo by appointment. 

Shipping is $50, and free on orders over $300.

Any DOA claims must be made within 2 hours of receiving the shipment. Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for carrier delays or missed deliveries.
